CoLT TRAINING

The CoLT group believe that:

Training is an essential part of a technology uptake package
Training eases and facilitates organisational changes brought about by technology
Training helps clients to master system management and maintenance issues
All an organisations staff can be treated as learners
In short, training produces more informed clients

Training can be provided for:

small groups
large groups
online learners
CD guided learners
combinations of the above

 

The members of CoLT are highly experienced in the design, organisation and delivery of training. Members of the group are comfortable in the roles of trainer, change agent, facilitator, mentor, coach and guide.

Between 1997 - 2000 CoLT has trained over 750 online and face to face clients from SMEs in 'Using the Internet for Business'. This comprehensive course is aimed at small to medium sized business looking to develop basic Internet skills and how they can be applied to the business environment and e-commerce.

The group has widespread training experience of within the teaching, learning, communication, management and legal fields and especially the electronic support for this training.

All CoLT online training programmes are supported by the 'Learning to Learn online' course: An introductory programme for those new to online learning or who would like an update or reminder.

Members of CoLT have been involved with the design and delivery of CD based training and information products since 1994. Key examples include 'What's Farming All About' and the MARSK learning packages.
